Movement for Joy (M4J)

Three times a month, people with Parkinson’s, MS, MSA, MD, stroke, arthritis, and any other movement issues,
gather for gentle, dance-inspired activities with music.
It is called Movement for Joy, and it is designed to bring back a sense of joy to anyone
who has limited movement capabilities.

M4J is taught by teachers trained in dance-inspired activities for people with limited movement.
The gatherings are open to any one including those using wheelchairs, walkers, canes,
those needing to be seated, and for caregivers.
The activities are held in Pearl River on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month,
and in Nyack on the 2nd Sunday of each month.
